Mobile electrical maintenance role (LV systems) across a London multi-site estate in a compliance and safety-led environment. This is a permanent, full-time position.

We are seeking a Mobile Electrician to deliver compliant electrical PPM, reactive maintenance and minor works across a portfolio of London sites. This role is maintenance-focused and suited to an electrician who works methodically, values safe systems of work and maintains high documentation standards.

You will work independently across sites, using a CAFM system to manage jobs, record findings and close out work to audit-ready standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete electrical PPM in line with agreed schedules
  • Respond to reactive calls, fault-find and restore services safely
  • Carry out safe isolation, testing and certification (EIC / Minor Works)
  • Undertake minor electrical works and alterations
  • Complete job notes, certificates and asset updates via CAFM
  • Work to RAMS, permit-to-work and site rules
Essential requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • 18th Edition (C&G 2382)
  • Proven post-qualification electrical maintenance experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with mobile working and lone working
  • Willing to take part in on-call or escalation rota
Desirable:
  • Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
  • CAFM system experience
  • Experience in regulated or critical environments
  • IPAF, PASMA or confined spaces training
