Trinity Christian Centre is a local church in Birmingham that is part of a family of churches spanning over 9 centres across 6 different nations, impacting both local communities and nations.
The Facilities & Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, presentation and stewardship of Trinity Christian Centre's buildings and grounds, working alongside contractors and volunteers to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for worship and ministry.
The role also oversees the technical and production aspects of church services and events, combining practical facilities management with the development of audio, visual, lighting and production teams to help deliver excellent, distraction-free environments for worship, ministry and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will be able to balance routine facilities upkeep with the fast-changing technical demands of live services and events, as well as maintain a safe, well-presented building while coordinating multiple contractors and volunteers.
