About the role
KRC is looking to the future, seeking to strengthen our staff team and day-to-day operations through the appointment of an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will provide oversight of the systems that enable the life, ministry, and logistical running of the church. The role is primarily about strengthening our operations as growth necessitates.

As a key player the Operations Manager will also contribute to the life of the church. We are keen to adapt the shape of the role to suit the ministry gifts of the right candidate.
KRC have been on a journey of reviewing how their current building could best serve the needs of the local community. We have a proposed design, following extensive feedback from those we hope it will serve, and are moving forward with a significant building project as a result. More information about our building project can be found on our website.
