Family Support Service - Development & Engagement Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Development & Engagement Officer to lead the development and delivery of our Family Support Service. You will combine direct support for families with project development, workshop planning, partnership working and service improvement. You will develop new initiatives, coordinate workshops and community activities, produce management reports and help ensure the service responds to the needs of local families.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to develop a work plan and deliver key targets.
- Experience supporting families or communities.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging workshops, seminars and activities.
- Strong partnership-working and networking skills.
- Ability to analyse information and produce reports.
- An organised, proactive approach and a commitment to improving outcomes for families.
- A good understanding of Community Planning, Community Boards and key statutory and third-sector organisations in the North Locality of North Lanarkshire.
