About The Role
Cornerstone Healthcare are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Analyst to join our healthcare organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the finance team in delivering accurate financial data, supporting operational teams, and contributing to process improvements.
What will you be doing?

  • Assisting with the month-end close process and preparation of financial reports.
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable function with invoice processing and queries.
  • Utilise Sage 50 for data entry and financial reporting tasks.
  • Support the use of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial analysis.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and reporting.
What do you need?
  • Part-qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50, BI tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
What hours will you work?
Monday to Friday - 9am until 5pm.
*Please note that this role requires an on-site presence and we are not currently offering hybrid or working from home so you must be within a commutable distance.*

Cornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett and Bristol.
