Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care to 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. Your Working Pattern
We offer a stable, structured rota to support your work-life balance.
- Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday – 08:00 to 18:00
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 08:00 to 18:00
10-hour shifts, averaging 35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
- Cleaning and caring for all communal areas and residents’ rooms – including vacuuming, polishing, and mopping
- Receive training on health and safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment
- Ensuring all housekeeping supplies are clean, stocked, and ready for use
- While you won’t be delivering hands‑on care, your warm presence and attention to detail will help ensure our residents feel respected, comfortable, and uplifted throughout your time with them
