We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants with at least one year’s experience within a care home setting to join our exceptional team. Our 63-bed home is made up of four specialised units, each providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, or other neurological disorders.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12 months minimum experience working in nursing and/or care homes, as a healthcare assistant or similar role within the UK (essential)
  • A genuine passion for helping others and promoting dignity and independence
  • Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
  • Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • A positive team-focused attitude
  • A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development
  • NVQ Level 2 or working towards it (desirable)

Your Working Pattern

  • Day shift: 07:30 – 20:00
  • Average: 40.25 hours per week
  • Alternate weekends

  • Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
