Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Activities Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care for 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. The role is to work with the residents and staff to ensure that they have a meaningful life and access to activities that they enjoy.

- Experience in a Care Home setting (desirable)

What hours will you work?
Working for us gives you more time for you with a 7 out of 14 day working pattern. Shift times: 08:00 - 19:15. Total average of 42 hours worked per week, including every other weekend.
What will you be doing?
- Plan, organise and coordinate activities for residents according to their needs, interests and abilities
- Supporting our residents and encouraging them to partake in activities
- Keeping appropriate records of activities and assessment forms
- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
- Working within agreed activities budget
