About The Role

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year’s experience working in a care home supporting residents with dementia, mental health, elderly or complex care needs

Your Working Pattern

  • Day shift: 07:45 – 19:45
  • Average: 38.5 hours per week
  • Alternate weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
  • Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
