About The Role

Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care for 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in a care/nursing home in the UK (preferable)

Your Working Pattern

We have Day positions available:

  • Day shift: 07:45 – 19:45
  • Average: 38.5 hours per week
  • Alternate weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Assistant at Marula Lodge, you will:

  • Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
  • Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
