We help organisations move away from spreadsheet chaos and into confident, data-driven project delivery. The Full Stack Software Engineer will join our platform team. You'll be working across the full stack, from crafting intuitive React interfaces to building robust NestJS APIs and playing a meaningful role in the continued development and maintenance of the N3 Platform.

This is a full-time / permanent position but we will consider an initial contract. Ideally based in the Birmingham or Worcester office and willingness to travel between offices as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain features across the N3 Platform frontend and backend.
  • Work with PostgreSQL (Supabase) for data modelling and query optimisation.
  • Build and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting platform deployments.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality, reliable releases.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Review code and support fellow engineers through collaboration and mentoring.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
  • Backend experience with Node.js frameworks (NestJS preferred).
  • Comfortable working with Prisma + PostgreSQL — schema design, migrations and queries.
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS services (ECS, ECR, CloudFront, or similar).
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Prisma ORM.
  • Familiarity with Supabase or similar managed Postgres platforms.
  • Exposure to Docker and containerised deployment workflows.
