The Opportunity
This is a highly visible and strategic procurement position supporting the continued growth of the company's European logistics network.
The successful candidate will take ownership of sourcing and supplier management across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery services, while working closely with local leadership teams in the UK and Europe, as well as global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across warehousing, trucking, transportation, and last-mile delivery services
- Build and manage a high-quality logistics supplier ecosystem across the UK and Europe
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Drive cost optimization, service improvement, and long-term supplier partnerships
- Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and industry developments across the logistics sector
- Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and senior leadership teams to support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across Europe and headquarters on regional procurement strategies and network expansion projects
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in logistics procurement, covering transportation, warehousing, 3PL, trucking, or last-mile delivery services
- Experience working within large-scale logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, transportation, retail, or industrial organizations
- Strong supplier network and market knowledge within the UK and/or European logistics sector
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders
