We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training & Culture to lead our global training programs and cultural initiatives. Based in London, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing global learning and development strategies, as well as driving cultural engagement programs that align with corporate values and global expansion goals. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, and cultural transformation within a multinational environment. This role requires strong cross-cultural understanding, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. While primarily based in London, the position may require global travel to support various training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development
- Design and execute global training programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and business expansion.
- Oversee learning and development frameworks, including onboarding, leadership development, and functional training.
- Implement innovative learning methodologies, leveraging digital tools, e-learning platforms, and in-person workshops.
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through data-driven insights and feedback mechanisms.
- Culture & Engagement
- Lead global cultural initiatives, ensuring the corporate values and vision are effectively embedded across international teams.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, cultural events, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to foster a strong global company culture.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to drive cultural integration and alignment across regions.
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of cultural transformation programs.
- Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with senior executives, HR leaders, and business units to align training and culture strategies with organizational goals.
- Work with regional HR teams to tailor programs that meet local market needs while maintaining a global perspective.
- Engage with external training partners and vendors to bring the best-in-class learning solutions for the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, or cultural transformation, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale training programs across multiple geographies.
- Proven ability to shape and drive corporate culture initiatives in a global business environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and HR analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to measuring training impact and cultural engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in L&D are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to support global training and culture programs.
