Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior business stakeholders across Europe.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
- Provide commercial and operational financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support investment decisions, business cases, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Deliver data‑driven recommendations and challenge business assumptions where appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, planning processes, and decision‑support tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance.
- Experience supporting e‑commerce, marketplace, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, retail, or technology‑driven businesses.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, international environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
