The group aims to build a global, standardized, localized international business system with long-term global strategic development opportunities.
This role serves as the dedicated Organization Development (OD) lead for the International Commercial Flow business. You will work closely with international business leaders and global HR teams to deliver end-to-end organizational development across all overseas markets.

You will tackle complex cross-cultural, multi-market organizational challenges, support large-scale overseas business expansion and local operation maturity, and act as a critical strategic OD business partner.
International Commercial Flow BU covers B2C retail and B2B cross-border wholesale businesses, spanning category merchandising, e-commerce operations, offline store management, B2B wholesale BD, marketing, business analysis and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, iterate and optimize organization structures for international commercial business lines in line with global business strategy.
- Develop agile, flat, market-oriented organization models adapted to different regional market features and business stages to facilitate local business incubation and scaling-up.
- Formulate and upgrade international business governance framework; clarify role accountability, control mechanism and reporting lines among global HQ, regional hubs and local teams.
- Roll out unified international organization management standards to mitigate fragmented operations and cross-functional inefficiency.
- Lead organization transformation initiatives including overseas M&A, entity establishment, regional integration and business restructuring.
- Develop systematic transformation plans, implementation roadmaps and risk control measures to ensure smooth transition and maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular organizational diagnosis and business reviews for international regions, identify structural redundancies, process bottlenecks and cross-border collaboration barriers, and drive end-to-end improvement solutions.
- Build a unified organizational effectiveness assessment framework for international commercial business, define core KPIs covering manpower efficiency, channel performance and cost control, and establish ongoing tracking, review and optimization cycles.
- Propose customized effectiveness improvement plans based on regional differences in policies, cost structure and business maturity.
- Oversee manpower planning, organization streamlining, process optimization and resource allocation to realize sustainable business growth and productivity gains.
- Restructure cross-region & cross-functional workflows for overseas businesses, remove communication and operational barriers between HQ and international markets, establish efficient global collaboration mechanisms and lower cross-border management costs.
- Own talent review and talent mapping for international management and key positions.
- Build end-to-end international talent pipeline including succession planning, high-potential development and core talent retention strategies to fill overseas talent gaps.
- Develop localized competency frameworks and job qualification standards tailored to international commercial scenarios, standardizing global talent recruitment, promotion and development criteria.
- Design and launch cross-cultural talent development initiatives such as structured training, job rotation and on-the-job development, upgrading global leadership, local operation capability and cross-cultural management skills of international teams.
- Collaborate with international HRBPs and local HR teams to design global incentive and retention schemes compliant with local labor regulations and cultural norms, stabilize core overseas teams and reduce turnover of key talents.
- Drive corporate culture localization across all international markets, balance global core values and local adaptation, and foster an inclusive, cohesive cross-cultural working environment.
- Identify and resolve cross-cultural management conflicts, build cross-region communication and cultural integration mechanisms, equip local leaders with cross-cultural team management capabilities and lift team alignment and execution.
- Take charge of organization health check and employee engagement surveys for international teams, launch targeted team effectiveness projects and continuously improve organizational health and employee engagement.
- Benchmark against leading global OD practices, continuously upgrade global OD policies, processes and toolkits, and build scalable, replicable international OD operation systems.
- Lead full-lifecycle delivery of key OD projects covering organization transformation, mechanism optimization, talent system upgrade, efficiency improvement and culture building for international commercial flow business.
- Produce periodic international OD analysis reports and strategy alignment reviews, provide data-backed organizational insights to business and HR leadership to support international business strategy iteration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Management, Psychology or related disciplines. Management consulting background and working experience in large multinationals are highly preferred.
- Professional Expertise: Solid end-to-end OD experience covering organizational diagnosis, structure design, effectiveness management, talent pipeline development, cross-cultural organization building and system construction. Mature OD methodologies, proven track record delivering large-scale complex transformation projects. Strong business acumen and global strategic vision to diagnose organizational pain points and implement practical solutions.
- Core Competencies: Excellent cross-region and cross-cultural collaboration skills; able to engage senior stakeholders and drive cross-party project delivery. High adaptability, resilience and strategic execution capability. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills to support evidence-based organizational optimization.
