With continued growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives across the UK operations.
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, supporting the organisation in delivering its people strategy and operational objectives. The role will partner closely with operations, commercial, and functional teams within a fast-paced logistics and industrial environment.
This position is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and line managers to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and restructuring projects where required
- Lead and support employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and conflict resolution
- Support recruitment activities for key operational and management positions
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with UK employment legislation and company standards
- Analyse HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve business performance and employee retention
- Collaborate with the International Markets HR Director on regional HR initiatives and projects
- Support leadership development and succession planning activities

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist within logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
