- Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, bid comparison and commercial evaluation to identify competitive and sustainable sourcing solutions.
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to understand technical and operational requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate supplier proposals based on total cost, technical capability, quality, delivery, service levels and commercial terms.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure projects are delivered against agreed cost, quality, timeline and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, specification improvement and process improvement.

- Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing and procurement projects end-to-end.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to evaluate cost structures and supplier proposals beyond headline pricing.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations or other technical stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly growing organisation where procurement processes and requirements may continue to evolve.
- Proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
