The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the continued growth of the European business. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with business leaders and regional leadership, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and decision‐making. The position offers broad exposure across multiple European markets and the opportunity to influence key commercial and operational initiatives within a fast‐growing international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior business stakeholders across Europe.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
- Provide commercial and operational financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support investment decisions, business cases, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross‐functional teams to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Deliver data‐driven recommendations and challenge business assumptions where appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, planning processes, and decision‐support tools.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership and global finance teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance.
- Experience supporting e‐commerce, marketplace, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, retail, or technology‐driven businesses.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐growth, international environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
