A global healthcare manufacturer is building its professional and clinical education function across EMEA, starting close to a blank page. An initial learning platform has just launched. The strategy, the scale, the multi-market rollout: still to be built, with real budget and real autonomy behind whoever takes it on.
You’ll take this from a standing start to a genuine regional capability. You will:
- Own the EMEA professional and clinical education strategy from first principles
- Take a newly launched learning platform and scale it into a multi-market, multi-language capability
- Design and deliver education for clinicians, key opinion leaders, and internal commercial teams
- Build the KOL, agency and training partnerships that make the strategy real
- Represent the function at major congresses and industry events across Europe
- Own this personally, an individual contributor role, built and run by you, not through a team
What We're Looking For
- A medical device background, aesthetic device experience a strong advantage
- A proven track record building or scaling professional or clinical education programmes, platform implementation experience ideal
- Real understanding of how adults learn, not simply a claim to it
- Someone who wants to build and run this themselves, not lead others through it
- Comfortable operating across multiple European markets
- Pragmatic and accountable, at ease in a fast-moving, less structured environment
This a rare opportunity of a genuine build, not an inherited playbook. Take professional education from a standing start to a mature, multi-market function, and build a real credential in the process.
