Location: Manchester, England (Hybrid, Tue/Wed/Thur Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM UK time (Half-day Fridays)

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Generate leads through outreach activities, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s target audience and offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior sales representatives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to support the development of effective strategies and pitches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company products/services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate ready to launch a career in business development.
- 0 to 3 years of sales experience (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
