As part of its continued growth and transformation agenda, the company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment excellence across Europe.
The Talent Acquisition Lead – Europe will be responsible for leading the regional talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple European markets. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this individual will partner closely with senior business leaders and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent across corporate, commercial, digital, supply chain, and retail functions.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building scalable recruitment processes, strengthening employer branding, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring the organization attracts high-caliber talent to support its ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute the European talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner with the CHRO and business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Establish recruitment plans for both mature and emerging markets across Europe.
- Executive & Professional Hiring
- Lead recruitment for senior leadership, functional leadership, and critical business roles.
- Drive end-to-end search processes, including market mapping, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with executive search firms and external talent partners where required.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional Talent Acquisition team.
- Establish clear performance metrics and recruitment KPIs.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused recruiting culture.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen the company's employer value proposition across European markets.
- Enhance candidate engagement and ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience.

- Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Optimize recruitment processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor hiring performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, GDPR, and company hiring policies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent market trends, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and regional leadership teams to support organizational growth.
- Experience
- 5-8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including regional or international recruiting leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading recruitment across multiple European countries and cultures.
- Background within retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, technology, or other fast-paced multinational environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting senior leadership and critical business talent.
- Experience managing and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
