Position Overview
The European CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and operational execution across Europe. This is a highly strategic yet hands‑on leadership role, responsible for leading finance teams in multiple European countries, ensuring sound financial governance, and supporting the company’s rapid growth and transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Global CFO and European leadership team, contributing to regional strategy and business decision‑making.
- Oversee all financial operations across Europe, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
- Drive financial performance and ensure the region meets its growth, profitability, and cash flow objectives.
- Establish strong financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards across all European entities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across multiple countries, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Able to move seamlessly between high‑level strategy and detailed execution.
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with agility to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of European accounting standards, tax, and compliance regulations.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
- CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred but not mandatory.
