Cornerstone Nursery is currently recruiting qualified Early Years Educators to join our Baby Room, Toddler Room, and Preschool teams. Whether your passion lies in supporting babies during their earliest developmental stages, nurturing curious toddlers, or preparing preschool children for their next learning journey, we would love to hear from you.

About Cornerstone Nursery:

Cornerstone Nursery is a welcoming setting with two stimulating outdoor gardens that provide children with daily opportunities to explore, investigate, and learn through play. Our curriculum is enriched through a variety of exciting experiences, including creative arts, music, movement, outdoor learning, and regular visits within the local community. We are committed to providing high-quality care and education whilst creating a positive and supportive working environment for our team. The nursery is conveniently located within walking distance of local transport links and just 12 minutes from Sydenham Station. Free street parking is also available nearby.

The Role:

  • Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
  • Support children's learning and development through high-quality interactions and play experiences
  • Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning journeys
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers
  • Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and safeguarding at all times
  • Support children's individual needs and celebrate their unique strengths
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an engaging curriculum in line with the EYFS

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 2, Level 3, QTS, EYTS or above in Early Years/Childcare
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
  • Right to work in the UK (No Visa Sponsorships)
