We are a family-run construction company known for our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. With a diverse portfolio of projects across Surrey, from bespoke renovations to new builds, we are now looking for a talented 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenter to join our team on a self-employed basis.
We are seeking a highly skilled 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenter with a proven track record in both structural and finishing carpentry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of carpentry work, including:
- Erecting timber frames, joists, and partitions.
- Cutting and pitching roofs, including fitting rafters, trusses, fascias, and soffits.
- Fitting internal doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, wardrobes, and other cabinetry.
Operatives must be compliant with site PPE requirements at all times. Experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including roof construction and structural timber work, is essential.
Tools & Transport: Must have your own tools and reliable transport to travel across Surrey.
Competitive pay based on experience with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Surrey and potential for ongoing work on future projects.
