The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

We are looking for respectful, patient and understanding individuals with great attention to detail to join our team as Support Practitioners on a permanent part-time basis. This role will be covering the Cumbernauld area of North Lanarkshire where you will be supporting young people in community settings and older people in their own homes.

The Role and the people you will support

As a Support Practitioner, you will provide support in all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, attending appointments, going shopping, maintaining their home, personal care and administering medication. With a focus on building and maintaining independence, you will take an active part in helping support a daily routine to help pursue their hobbies. The people we support enjoy a busy social life and love getting involved in their community, going swimming, bowling and out to the cinema. They also attend art therapy and exercise classes with a keen interest in video gaming!

About You

You do not need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We will pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you will need. We will even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

To be a great Support Practitioner, you will:

Shift Patterns

As we are dedicated to providing tailored support, shifts vary from 5 to 8 hours typically starting from 9am, 7 days a week and include weekends and public holidays.
