We are looking for our new future stars, so if you are looking for a new job for 2026 that will bring satisfaction like no other, look no further as we have some great opportunities to join our fantastic #TeamPerthas Support Practitioners on a part-time (10 or 15 hours per week), permanent basis.

As a Support Practitioner, you will be part of a friendly and dedicated team, guaranteeing you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same. You will provide support to adults with various disabilities and/or additional support needs in Perth. Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day-to-day needs including personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and medication. Additionally, with all of the individuals we support enjoying being part of their local community, we are looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting their hobbies and interests which include activity clubs, swimming, football, boccia, day trips, and eating out.

Shift Patterns

As we are dedicated to providing support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this role will usually involve working split shifts during the hours of 0800-2000 hours Monday-Friday and 1000-1930 hours Saturday & Sunday. There will also be occasions where you work later shifts to support individuals to attend shows, concerts, activity groups, and sleepovers to support trips away.
