Part‑Time Finance Assistant (23 hours per week, 12 month fixed term) joining our Finance Team. Flexible working days across 3 days per week. Role can be based at Aberdeen or Glasgow office or hybrid; hybrid requires resident within reasonable commute and one day per week in office.
As a Finance Assistant, you will manage the sales ledger, customer invoicing and credit control. Generate and process invoices, resolve discrepancies and handle routine queries from internal and external customers professionally.

- Respond to routine queries from internal/external customers
- Educated to Higher level or equivalent in a relevant subject
- High level numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining high quality
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously (work or academic)
- A positive attitude to problem solving and removing obstacles
- Ability to forward plan and work to tight deadlines
- Proficient spreadsheet (Excel) and PC literacy skills
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work
