Cornerstone is recruiting Complex Care Practitioners in Scotland to support eight individuals in their own flats. Roles are permanent with hours between 16 and 39 per week, plus flexible relief shifts.
You will collaborate with families, guardians and a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver person‑centred care and enable meaningful activities in the community. We support SVQ study (SCQF level 7) and will fund training, PVG/SSSC fees, and ongoing professional development.
