On the look out for a new, rewarding job where you make a difference every day? We've got just the opportunity for you. Our amazing team are now on the look out for a positive, patient and flexible new colleague to join them in Balmore, East Dunbartonshire on a permanent (35 hours per week) basis.
The Role
You will become part of a fun, friendly, well-established team who provide high quality, person-centred support to four individuals. In this role you will support them with their day‑to‑day personal needs, attending local events, gardening, swimming and hydrotherapy, and nature walks in the local area. You may also discuss films, trains and holidays with them over a cup of tea.

Shift Patterns
We provide dedicated around-the-clock support 24/7 on a rotational basis. Typical shifts are 7 am–3 pm and 1 pm–9 pm. Weekends, public holidays, sleepovers and night shifts may also form part of your rota. If you don’t live in Balmore and are a non-driver, you must be able to travel for shifts as there are limited public transport links that fit our shift patterns.

Additional Requirements
Applicants who have spent more than 12 months out of the UK (excluding specified European countries) within the last 10 years will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of pre‑employment checks. If successful, you will be expected to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare for SSSC registration. You must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting employment.
