Looking for a new job that's filled with satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else?

The Role

Our team supports two wonderful ladies, and you'll help them with all aspects of daily life, including meal planning and cooking, household tasks, attending appointments, medication support, and personal care. Both ladies use wheelchairs, so the role also involves assisting with mobility and using tracking hoists. One of the best things about this role is that no two days are the same. The ladies enjoy a wide range of activities, including listening to music, attending discos, trips to the theatre and cinema, shopping, and holidays. They both have their own mobility vehicles and love getting out and about, so you'll need a full UK manual driving licence and at least one year's driving experience.

Why you'll love this job:

  • You'll have a job that actually matters
  • You'll build meaningful relationships
  • You'll feel proud of what you do
  • You'll see the difference you make in someone's confidence, independence and happiness
  • We'll provide full paid training, no experience is needed
  • You're not just a number here; we have a supportive culture
  • Every day is different, no two shifts are ever the same
  • You can be yourself and be proud of what you do

  • Family friendly leave options, including family, parental, bereavement and special leave
  • Access to lots of discounts, including the cinema, gym memberships, holidays and shopping to name a few

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of the ladies, shifts currently fall into patterns of 0830 - 2100 hours or 1200 - 2100 hours, 7 days a week and will include sleepovers and weekends on a rotational basis. The sleepover part of your shift isn't calculated within your contracted hours, so you would be paid £96 for any sleepover worked.
