About the Role

We are looking for support for our 12‑year‑old autistic son. He is a very likeable, fun‑loving, confident boy who enjoys being outdoors, swimming, bowling and cinema. He can struggle with boundaries and social understanding. We seek a carer who understands autism and will encourage, motivate, build his confidence in situations, and help him communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise at all times and keep him safe.

Qualifications

  • Must be fit and active.
  • Must be caring and kind.
  • Experience or knowledge of autism preferred.
  • Membership of the PVG Scheme may be required.
