Option 1 - 6 hours per fortnight on a Saturday term time & 6 hours weekly in school holidays
Option 2 - 6 hours per fortnight on a Saturday year round
Option 4 - Relief hours- As & when Required
Responsibilities
Looking to employ staff who are kind, compassionate and reliable, to support my two 7‑year‑old sons with additional needs (each boy is supported separately). We are looking for support Staff who are motivated and encouraging, allowing my boys to maintain & enjoy their active routines. Both boys enjoy different hobbies, but mainly football, park, swimming, trampoline parks.
There can be some challenging behaviour, so support staff must be able to boundary set, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary, and to be aware of flight risk. There will be an opportunity to shadow until a trusting relationship has been built. The boys are happy and loving and look forward to their time spent with their support staff.
Qualifications
Car driver and access to a vehicle essential
PVG Scheme membership / update & references will be required
