The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Saturday hours are either 9.30 – 1pm or 2 – 6pm with some flexibility in times, up to 8 hours during school holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a 6 year old autistic son on a 2:1 basis, with motivation and encouragement to maintain and enjoy an active routine.
  • Help him attend activities he enjoys, including outdoors, swimming, trampoline parks and beach visits.
  • Supervise him at all times; manage challenges as he can be energetic and has no sense of danger.
  • Shadow the role initially to build a trusting relationship and provide reassurance and guidance where necessary.
  • Support him to safely reach his potential.
  • Assistance with transport when needed; car driver and access to a vehicle would be helpful but is not essential.

  • PVG Scheme membership or update & references required.
