Shift patterns and pay
Shifts usually fall between 0700 and 2200 hours. Sleepovers, waking nights, weekends and public holidays also form part of the rota on a rotational basis. Sleepovers are not part of your contracted hours; you’ll receive an additional payment of £107.80 for every sleepover shift you work. We cannot adjust these posts around a university or college timetable and/or placements. If you don’t live in Lennoxtown and are not a driver, you must be able to travel for your shifts as public transport links are limited.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy.
