Key Responsibilities

- Use creativity to identify opportunities where others might see barriers.
- Employ intuition to know when to assist, step back, or provide space.
- Remain adaptable and patient when moods and plans change.
- Help the young adult find purpose, discover interests, and enable independence.
Essential Qualifications
- Female candidate (required for personal care duties).
- Full driving licence.
- Comfortable with cats and dogs.
- Age 25 or older (vehicle insurance purposes).
- PVG membership/update required.
- Holiday and sickness cover required.
