We are seeking two resourceful and caring individuals to share a vital role providing holistic support for a neurodiverse young female. This position is about mentorship, personal growth, and helping a young adult navigate their daily life and future aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide imaginative yet grounded support addressing the neurodiverse needs and daily challenges.
  • Use creativity to identify opportunities where others might see barriers.
  • Employ intuition to know when to assist, step back, or provide space.
  • Remain adaptable and patient when moods and plans change.
  • Help the young adult find purpose, discover interests, and enable independence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Female candidate (required for personal care duties).
  • Full driving licence.
  • Comfortable with cats and dogs.
  • Age 25 or older (vehicle insurance purposes).
  • PVG membership/update required.
  • Holiday and sickness cover required.
