As a Support Practitioner you'll be part of a small, friendly and dedicated team and we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same. You will be supporting individuals who enjoy a range of everyday activities and meaningful routines. They like getting out and about in the community, spending time in the car, and taking part in activities that help build confidence and independence. They also enjoy relaxed time at home, engaging in familiar hobbies and spending time with the small, consistent team who know them well.

For this role, we will ideally like you to have a full UK Manual Driving Licence with one year's experience on the roads; however, this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidate.

Shift patterns:
We’re dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support, so shift patterns operate on a rolling rota, usually over a 3–4 week pattern. For this service, shifts typically run between 8am and 10pm; however, this can vary depending on the specific service you are placed in. Not all services follow the same pattern, and daily hours may differ to meet the needs of the individual.
