Cornerstone Community Care in Buckie is seeking a weekend Support Practitioner to join #TeamHighland. You’ll provide personalised support to help people live as independently as possible and participate in community activities.
You’ll work closely with individuals to help them achieve personal goals, manage their own homes, access personal care, and take part in hobbies and meaningful activities. Training is provided and support from a friendly team, with an emphasis on weekend availability.
