Cornerstone Community Care in Buckie seeks a dedicated Lead Practitioner to inspire and manage a team of Support Practitioners.

The role combines hands-on care with people leadership across our Moray service, with flexibility for part-time (25 or 30 hours) or full-time (39 hours) arrangements.

You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and work with the Service Lead to keep services within contractual budgets and standards.

A SVQ7 and PDA in management are encouraged.
