We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable carer to spend time with a lovely nine-year-old boy with autism. He is non-verbal but can communicate well through a combination of body language, pointing, gestures and google images. He is happiest at home, where he enjoys playing video games, watching a good movie, or exploring a hobby.

The role focuses on building a trusting relationship by spending time with him in his environment, playing games he enjoys. Through consistency and understanding, the aim is to help him feel safe, supported and gradually build confidence he needs to explore the world outside of his house at his pace.

All training will be provided. PVG will be required for successful applicant.
