Cornerstone is seeking to appoint a full time Families Outreach & Discipleship Lead to lead our mission and ministry with under 18s and families. Key to this role will be the development of discipleship pathways through which children and families can explore faith and find their place in the church.
The right candidate will lead our new learning community including Youth Worker/College Chaplain and Children’s Pastor, creating a space for support and learning of best practice. This post is supported by Chelmsford Diocese as it seeks to revitalise churches in East London and therefore whilst based primarily at Cornerstone there will be scope to encourage and support under 18s ministry across the deanery.
This post would suit somebody who is already experienced in children’s and/or youth ministry looking to step up in leadership and responsibility.
