Cornerstone Christian Early Learning Centre – Middleton (Christchurch) is seeking a strong, faith-filled centre manager to lead, guide and support our amazing teaching team who are making a difference in the lives of our children.
About the role
- Lead and inspire a Christ‑centred early learning community that reflects the vision and mission of the Centre.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the Centre delivers high‑quality Christian education and care.
- Support and develop a positive, high‑performing team culture where staff are empowered to flourish professionally.
- Foster strong, welcoming relationships with tamariki, whānau, kaiako, and the community.
- Oversee the management of the Centre’s operations to ensure excellence across all areas.
About us
Our vision is to assist whānau/families in the education of their tamariki/children by providing an environment in which the Biblical Truths of Jesus Christ are taught and lived. CCELC has been operating in Christchurch for over 20 years and has a strong reputation within the community. We are currently licensed for 50 children (ages 2‑5) and have the desire to see this number grow in the years ahead. Our experienced team works closely alongside a supportive owner, The Christian Schools Trust and a Management Committee. The Centre has opted into full pay parity for staff. The role is 40 hours per week.
