What You’ll Be Doing
- Building Strong Patient Relationships – Welcoming and guiding both new and existing patients with clarity, empathy, and integrity.
- Delivering Outstanding Chiropractic Care – Consistent, ethical, and heart-led adjustments, rooted in evidence-informed practice.
- Growing with Support – Build your patient list while receiving structured mentorship, regular 1:1s and training.
- Sharing Our Mission – Help us inspire more people through occasional community events, talks, and social outreach.
- Being a Team Player – Communicate clearly with your colleagues, attend monthly meetings, and contribute to our positive team culture.
- Maintaining Professional Standards – Keep clear, concise notes, protect patient confidentiality, and always represent the clinic with professionalism and warmth.

- Professional Growth: We have a structured 12-week induction to ensure you never feel out of your depth with a clear promotion pathway.
- Ongoing training that goes beyond the basics. Including opportunities to explore your personal areas of interest.
- Patient Base: Mostly from maternity cover. Also strong online marketing, referrals, screenings and talks.

Pay & Hours
- Employed position with a base salary + commission.
- Clear promotion pathway with structured salary progression (promotion checklist available on request).
- 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri).
- We’ll cover your first year of GCC and Association fees (for new grads).
