The predicted salary is between 15 - 20 £ per hour.
Base Pay: $22.50-$28.10 per hour, plus $0.75 per hour shift differential. 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11 pm-7 am.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical failures in plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance on all machinery.
- Maintain and repair motorized equipment.
- Operate forklifts; transport heavy parts and equipment.
- Fabricate metal parts to include design layout, welding and installation.
- Operate basic shop machines and perform tool and die repair.
- Maintain and inventory electro-mechanical spare parts and administer related records.
- Maintain work logs as required.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Perform grounds/facilities repairs, as required.
- Clock in & out daily to accurately record time worked.
- Attend all required shift and monthly communications meetings.
- Actively participate in all plant safety programs.
- Notify supervisor if proper tools are not furnished to complete job functions.
- Assist with equipment maintenance.
- Maintain work zone cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED.
- Minimum of one-year manufacturing experience preferred.
- Individuals applying for this position should have completed or be willing to complete the core educational classes required for Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technology.
- Must be able to pack all products without a history of customer complaints or quality issues.
- Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance.
- Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player.
- Must be able to work quickly with product and be able to lift 50 pounds maximum, lift with assistance 51-100 pounds.
- Must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to concentrate for sustained periods.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with people.
- Extensive standing, frequent bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walking.
- Potential for uncomfortable inside climate; building is not climate controlled.
Equipment/Tools used: amp probe, basic hand tools, forklift, hand power tools, oscilloscope, OA torch, plasma cutter, soldering iron, volt meter, utility knife. Hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes required.
Safe work performance is required from each associate at all times. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals. Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions.
