Y\'ou\'ll become part of one of our friendly, welcoming teams who supports a young man who enjoys living an active life and have a variety of hobbies include going for walks, out to the disco, drives in his car, listening to music and going bowling.
We\'ll be looking to you to help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion where he can achieve his personal goals and aspirations.
Due to the young man having his own mobility car which he uses often, for this role we will need you to have a full UK manual drivers licence with a years experience on the roads. We would also be looking for a person that is a keen walker and likes to be energetic.
