Company Description: Corner Shop is a growing and busy independent grocer, deli, café and wine bar. We opened our doors in September 2025 and have already seen great success. We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as we continue to grow.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant located in London. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers in-store, providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience, and assisting them with product selection. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales transactions
  • Maintaining product displays
  • Restocking shelves
  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Ensuring a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver exceptional shopping support
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members
  • Retail Sales and Sales expertise to handle transactions and promote products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers

Hours and Salary: 40 hours per week
Pay: £14.50 + Tron
