A global media and professional services organisation is seeking an accomplished Strategic Sourcing Director to shape and lead its procurement transformation.

This is a newly created role — a chance to build a strategy from the ground up, embed best practice, and elevate procurement as a true business partner within a creative, fast-evolving environment.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven senior-level experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Strong record of procurement transformation or greenfield builds
• Confident stakeholder manager who can engage senior and creative leaders
• Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery
• Background in media, broadcasting, information services, or related sectors highly advantageous

Location & Working Model

Hybrid role based in Oxford, with three days a week in the office and two days remote.
