About the Role
This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership to drive commercial strategy, market expansion, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects across growth, market expansion, and performance improvement
- Develop commercial models, financial analysis, and board-ready recommendations
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insight analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product) to deliver strategic initiatives
- Support annual planning, long-range strategy, and investment prioritisation
- Present insights and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive implementation and track impact of strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 4–8 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth consumer environments
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability
- Experience within consumer, retail, FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce sectors preferred
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI beneficial)
- Degree educated; MBA advantageous but not essential
