The business is now hiring a high-impact Operations Manager to help build the infrastructure that will support the next phase of growth. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and wants to be at the centre of a company undergoing meaningful transformation.
Responsibilities- Drive operational excellence across the organisation, building dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that ensure visibility and accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing operations team, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring smooth execution across functions.
- Strengthen relationships with partners, providers, and clients, ensuring operational reliability as the business expands.
- Work cross-functionally with product, commercial, and leadership teams to support new launches, optimise workflows, and remove bottlenecks.
- 3–6 years’ experience in an advisory or operational role (consulting, high-growth startup, or fast-moving corporate environment).
- Exposure to consumer-facing products.
