Cornell is supporting a growing early-stage venture capital firm investing across Europe and the US, partnering with ambitious founders building scalable, technology-driven businesses. As the fund continues to grow, they are seeking an Operations Lead to join their London-based team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a highly autonomous role at the heart of the firm, working closely with the partners to shape and scale the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and run the full operational infrastructure of the fund
- Support fundraising activities, including LP pipeline tracking, investor materials, and reporting for both prospective and existing LPs
- Lead and develop the platform function, working closely with portfolio companies, venture partners, and supporting the firm’s broader ecosystem, brand, and marketing presence
- Oversee internal initiatives related to culture, team development, and workplace effectiveness
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives to support the firm’s continued growth and success
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience across operations, platform, investor relations, or similar roles within venture capital, private equity, or high-growth tech environments
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously and build processes from the ground up
- Experience across venture and fund operations is desirable
- Commercially minded, organised, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting
