Operations Director, PE-Backed Consumer Wellness Business, London, UK

We are currently working with a PE-backed, high-growth Consumer/Wellness business that operates globally. They are looking to bring on board a driven individual to join their operational team as a director and help them with their ongoing growth and the delivery of large-scale transformation.

Operations Director role:

• Identify and realise opportunities for operational improvement across the business.
• Improve cost efficiency as the business continues to scale.
• Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Mitigate risks across the business to ensure effective delivery of the business\’ strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Ideally 6-10 years of experience across both consulting and in-house positions, with an understanding of how high-growth businesses operate.
• A self-starter who works dynamically and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, where goalposts may change.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Experience in running large-scale projects.
